Summary
Vince has an extensive knowledge of manufacturing industries and best practice. Having been involved in the Nuclear, Defence , Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Rail, Marine and the Food & Drink sectors for many years his experience gives him a rare breadth of understanding.

Being able to apply this knowledge and understanding to resolve manufacturing
issues for blue chip organizations, such as GE, Westinghouse, BNFL, MBDA, Bombardier, Cummins, Caterpillar, BAe and many others is one of Vince’s great strengths.

Establishing dedicated manufacturing facilities in order to create world class
solutions to guarantee delivery and quality performance is the norm, being globally competitive within the UK is the exciting challenge.

Interests outside manufacturing include working with MakeUK Defence to promote the UK’s SME supply chain to the global defence market .
Vince was instrumental in resolving the engineering training issues that the region experienced. In 2015 he was awarded the OBE for services to advanced manufacturing skills training.

Vince also has extensive knowledge of property development, final salary pension schemes, cultural change, family businesses & trusts, technology, innovation and much more.

Interests
Outside of business and family my interests include fly fishing, sailing and open water swimming. I chair the Peak Forest Angling Club which is custodian over ten miles of freestone trout rivers in the heart of the Peak District.

Vince is also passionate about the Steel Man a Yorkshire Icon.

Vince lives in Ellastone , Staffordshire with his partner Esther.
